Today I am introducing Twilly and Rai-Rai. They are by 3 Lil Monsters which is a brand of polishes by the creator of Disturbing Behavior's polishes; Annette. She created her own line of beauty products and helped her daughters and grand-daughter out with making their own brand of polishes. The girls wanted to make their own line of mini polishes to help raise money for their local Washington County Animal Shelter. So not only are these polishes super cute, they are also for a great cause. 

Shown on left is Twilly and on right is Rai-Rai. 

 Twilly is a purple/lavender cream based polish packed with tiny silver glitter, white stars, purple squared glitter, small blue glitter, pink glitter, and purple holo fibers. 

 I used 2 coats to get full coverage and a top coat to seal in all the glitter. It goes on smoothly, but I suggest using the dab method to spread out the glitter throughout nails. 

 Rai-Rai is a white cream based polish packed with glitter. Blue & white diamonds surrounded by purple and blue glitter. It goes on smoothly, would suggest using the dab method with this polish as well. Also, use a top coat seal the glitter and smooth out the surface.

 In the photos shown. I used Sinful Colors' Snow Me White as a base and then 2 coats of Rai-Rai over it and a top coat.
